There are infinite easy to grow seeds, divided in species and categories, first of all impatiens e nemesia: the first belonging to the Balsaminaceae family, it was reproduced and transformed into a hybrid in Holland, receiving great acclaim from critics for the result achieved. Being a much appreciated plant, when making ornaments, it found its place in many gardens, flower beds and estates all over Europe. These flower seeds can be found in our countryside with beautiful colors such as pink, red, purple, scarlet red, white and many others.

Mint is a perennial herb of an intense and aromatic scent and flavor, with a pungent aftertaste. Widespread across Africa, Asia and Europe, it belongs to the Laminacee family and to grow it needs sunndy positions or at least to be only half in the shade; however, it has a great resistance to low temperatures.

Much like rocket and cabbage, broccoli belongs to the “cruciferous” family and the most common variety is the green one. However, varieties that are all shades of purple exist too - from reddish to bluette - based on the quantity of anthocyanins present in them: amongst these Violetto di Sicilia cauliflower is recognised as an agri-food excellence. The part of broccoli that is used in the kitchen is not the leaves, but only the inflorescence not yet matured: even the stem can be used to prepare great pesto and condiments. Broccoli are particularly indicated for those who want to follow a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle, as they are rich in beneficial properties.

In the act of applying herbicide, apparently a very simple task, there are several precautions that every nature lover should always keep inn mind to treat in the best way their beloved plants, fruit of their passion and love for nature.

First, we must make sure that the plants will absorb the herbicide substance against weeds as much as possible. The best way to be sure of this, is to carry out the treatment during the phase in which the plant has a wider conformation of leaves, in reference to its development.

Among the various alternatives to the traditional lawn, you can set up a flowery lawn in your garden: it is a much more colorful and fragrant solution, thanks to the fact that the turf is dotted more or less abundantly of flowers. calcium nitrate (Ca(NO3)2*4H2O) is a ready-to-use fertilizer that releases the nitrate ion and the cation into the soil. The cations quickly come into contact with the exchange complex, while the NO3 ion is subject to a leaching phenomena, therefore fertilizations with calcium nitrate must be carried out on relatively dry soil to prevent solubilization and in small doses over time

The Pansy is a very common plant not only in Europe. It has a stem that can sometimes reach 34 cm in length. The plant has very ancient origins: for reference, William Shakespeare already used it in one of his tragedies.

Hydrangeas are shrubby plants that are very often found in gardens: since they prefer shady places or half-shade exposure, these flowers can also be planted under trees and in shady corners. In fact, the direct rays of the sun can damage the leaves.

They are also characterized by large inflorescences with bright colors and abundant flowering. To have well-developed hydrangeas, however, they need to be given some care: in this way they will be perfect. First of all it is necessary to carry out regular and frequent summer watering, while the fertilization takes place only once in spring, using specific products for this kind of plants.

Artichokes are a rich source of various active ingredients and many fibers; in addition to that they have phosphorus, magnesium, iron, potassium and an excellent amount of calcium. They also have diuretic effects and have appetite-regulating properties, as well as helping to solve problems with diabetes, cholesterol and cellulite. For the younger ones they are also recommended to solve acne problems. In addition to all this, artichokes also have a very low calorie intake.

The maintenance of the lawn it is an extremely important phase in order to have a good looking and healthy turf. In particular, you must pay close attention to the care of your lawn during the summer season: in fact, it is in this period that you see the result of the work carried out during the spring and the previous winter. At the same time, the scarcity of atmospheric precipitation and high temperatures can cause the grass to turn yellow: in this way there is a lawn of scarce quality. This drawback is partially obviated by opting for heat-resistant herbaceous species, such as microthermic gramineae Ryegrass, Festuca and Poa: these plants develop physiological tricks to overcome the hottest periods of summer.
