Terms of payment

We accept payments through:

  • Bank transfer
  • Credit Card
  • Paypal
  • Cash on delivery

Credit Card

If you choose the method of payment by credit card, you can make the payment with a secure transaction directly on the site.

You can complete the payment with VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express credit cards.

The information relating to your credit card details will be processed directly by Shopify through a secure server. Therefore, the data relating to your credit card will be processed exclusively by Shopify for the checks necessary to authorize the online payment.

Sgaravatti sementi does not have access to your credit card data, as the transaction takes place directly between the user's PC and the payment gateway.

Your credit card will be charged immediately and if an order contains products that are no longer in stock, the amount of these items will be reversed.

Bank transfer

By selecting the payment option by bank transfer, once the order is completed, you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of the creation of the order where you will find all the information to make the transfer.

After making the necessary checks, we will ship the products that have been ordered.

It is important to make the transfer within 7 days of the order date or your order will be canceled.


By selecting the Paypal option you will have the possibility to conclude the purchase quickly and safely using your PayPal account.

By selecting the PayPal payment type, the User will be redirected to a page on the PayPal site and payment will be made according to the methods indicated therein.

The information provided on the PayPal site will not be shared with Sgaravatti Sementi but will be managed directly by the same.

In case of cancellation of the order or non-acceptance, the amount will be refunded to the PayPal account. Sgaravatti Sementi will in no way be responsible for delays and / or damages caused in this phase.

Cash on delivery

To place an order with a cash on delivery payment method, it will be necessary to select the "Cash on Delivery" shipping method at the time of purchase and, subsequently, the "Cash on Delivery" payment method.

This payment method provides an additional contribution of € 3.50 compared to the standard shipping method. Orders that do not contain the correct payment method and shipping will be canceled.

In case you do not receive the package on time, contact us and report the problem.

To make sure you receive what you ordered as soon as possible, we invite you to follow some tips:

  • Indicates an address where there may always be someone who receives the package, as it is not possible to indicate specific delivery times at the time of the order;
  • The surname indicated in the order must match the one on the doorbell. In fact, if the courier does not find the name, he usually returns the package to the sender as an "unknown address";
  • Always add the zip code (ZIP) of your place of residence.

Sgaravatti Sementi has chosen, for product shipments, to work with Express Courier BRT, to provide a quality service.

Warranty and Withdrawals on Products

Purchases made on the Sgaravattisementi.it site are regulated by the Italian law on mail order sales.

We will accept your returns as long as they are condition equal to new.

If you have made a mistake in your order or you have received an item you did not want, you have 10 working days from the delivery date to exercise the right of withdrawal, i.e. the possibility of returning the product and being reimbursed for the cost (excluding delivery costs).

How to ask for a return?

To start the return procedure for one or more products, contact our customer care.

During the procedure, we recommend that you always keep your order number on hand, to make the procedure quicker and easier.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, send the package back within 10 days of receiving the goods. We will accept without hesitation the return of any item, as long as it is in good condition, refunding the entire amount.

Include in the return shipping package, which will be at your expense as required by law, and which must be properly packaged, a copy of the delivery note and send it to:

How to prepare the package for the return?

You can use the same box with which you received the goods or a box more suited to the size of the product (s) to be returned.

In order not to risk damaging the product during transport, take care to insert newspaper or other paper in the package.

Include in the package a copy of the delivery document you received with your order.

Seal the box in order to deliver a package suitable for transport to the courier.

For shipping, we recommend that you use an insured mail system and in no case cash on delivery.

Keep in mind that items delivered to an address other than the one above will not be taken into consideration.

How does the refund work?

The refund is made within 10 working days of receipt of the returned package.

The reimbursement methods are as follows:

  • If the order has been paid by credit card or PayPal, a cancellation will be made on the credit card or PayPal account transaction.
  • If the order has been paid by bank transfer, we will refund by bank transfer (the data for the refund will be requested by our customer service).
  • Alternatively, you can request a refund in the form of a Credit / Value Voucher to be used for other purchases on the Sgaravatti Sementi website.

What happens if you receive damaged or spoiled products?

If you receive damaged goods, please notify us within 5 working days by email(support@sgaravatti.net) mentioning "damaged items" in the subject of the e-mail and specifying the order number, or call +39 055 0981506.
